I think we all enjoy feeling a bit leaner in the summer months when we're wearing less clothes. I want this guide to really push us out of our comfort zones while we work towards fat loss and continuing to make your workouts a habit in the busy summer months. Please feel free to add another day of cardio but it's not 100% necessary to see results.
