its time to shed some layers to reveal the muscles we've been working so hard for!! this guide is set up for five days a week but can be reduced to four if you want to combine two days. as always, fat loss is heavily dependent on your diet so check out the macro calculator in the app to get an idea how much you should be eating to reach your goals this spring/summer. If you are wanting more cardio, feel free to add in 20-30 minutes after your leg days or rest days as well!
